2026 ATHLETE NOMINATIONS

Selection for the 12s Squad is by invitation only, based on Talent Identification (TID) by PNA selectors during the 2025 season. This is a closed trial, and only athletes identified by PNA will be contacted directly to participate.

For the 13s, 14s, and 16 & Under Squads, athletes will be invited to trial based on club nominations or PNA TID.

Trials for the 20 & Under Squad will be open to all athletes, due to the high number of new athletes joining the Association or those transitioning from school to club netball. Register Here: https://www.playhq.com/netball-australia/register/6b2a5a

Each year, PNA provides clubs with recommended nomination criteria and detailed information about the nomination process. Athletes selected in the 2025 PIPP Team One and PNA Academy Team One will receive an automatic invitation to trial.

All selected athletes will receive their trial invitation via email, once club nominations are due. To be considered for selection, athletes must register to trial via the link provided in their invitation. (No late nominations & registrations will be accepted)

Athletes wishing to represent PNA at The Fuel to Go & Play Association Championships must be involved in the 2026 PIPP & Association Championships Program to be eligible for selection. All athletes should be available during this event being held at Perth Netball Association from the 30th May – 1st of June. 

Please be aware that not all selected athletes are guaranteed selection into a FTG&P Association Championships team and may be selected as training partners. Being selected as a training partner should be seen as a great opportunity for personal growth and development. Training partners may be presented an opportunity to be elevated into the playing squad.

Athletes who are not involved in a WANL Underpinning Program and are wanting to be viewed by Netball WA and for selection in the 2026 FIT Program will need to represent PNA at the 2025 Association Championships (subject to change by Netball WA).

PROGRAM INFORMATION*

The 8 week program will mostly be held on Sunday’s from 4:00 to 6:00pm, and a few Monday night session from 6:00 to 8:00pm.

PROGRAM COST*

PNA will offer payment plan options for all athletes at the time of registration. Please note that program fees are non-refundable, and a 2.03% transaction fee applies to all PlayHQ registrations.

Training Partner Cost: $305 
Team Member Cost: $480 (Includes $100 FTG&P and $75 dress hire bond)

A $75 dress hire bond applies to all team member athletes, with $50 refunded once the dress is returned in good condition.
