Celebrating Our 2024 Club of the Year Winners!

Perth Netball Association is delighted to announce the winners of our 2024 Club of the Year Awards. These awards recognise clubs that exemplify excellence both on and off the court—through strong participation, leadership, and a genuine commitment to the growth and development of our netball community.

We are proud to celebrate the following outstanding clubs across three categories:

🏆 Group 1 – Open and Secondary Clubs

Winner: UWA Netball Club

UWA Netball Club has been awarded the 2024 Club of the Year in the Open and Secondary Club category. With 21 teams competing across the season, UWA demonstrated exceptional engagement with the Association through outstanding attendance at PNA meetings. Their ongoing investment in the development and accreditation of coaches and umpires showcases their dedication to building a strong, sustainable future for netball.

🏆 Group 2 – Large Primary School Clubs

Winner: Holy Rosary Netball Club

With 10 teams registered, Holy Rosary Netball Club stood out among our large primary school clubs. They consistently showed strong involvement with PNA activities and a clear commitment to coach and umpire development. Their efforts to support pathways for education and accreditation reflect the club’s positive culture and dedication to continuous improvement.

🏆 Group 3 – Small Primary School Clubs

Dual Winners: Newborough Primary School & Woodlands Primary School

This year, we are thrilled to recognise two exceptional clubs in the small primary school category. Newborough Primary School and Woodlands Primary School, both fielding five teams, impressed with their regular PNA engagement and proactive support for developing officials. Their shared commitment to nurturing young talent and promoting the values of netball make them worthy recipients of this year’s award.
