Umpire Administration Officer

PNA is seeking applications from suitable people for the position of Umpire Administration Officer.  Based at the Matthews Netball Centre in Jolimont, this important role provides key administrative support to our umpire development programs.  

Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of organisation.  Some knowledge of netball is preferred but not essential.  This position is permanent part-time, upto 3 days per week.

Match Day Casuals

PNA is seeking casual staff to work on our match days during the Winter competition.  Roles include parking attendants and grounds staff.

Hours vary depending on the role but would be required during match times which are Fridays 3.30pm to approximately 7pm and Saturdays 7.30am to 5.30pm.

Award rates are paid and training and safety equipment is provided.  Staff must be at least 16 years of age.

Sports Trainers

 Perth Netball Association (PNA) is seeking Sports Trainers to work at the Matthews Netball Centre on Saturdays during its Winter club netball competitions.

The Sports Trainer is an important member of PNA’s match day first aid and physiotherapy service.  You will work in a team alongside a fully qualified physiotherapist from PNA’s Physio provider and Event Health Officers from St John Ambulance.

The main duties of this position include strapping joints of players prior to play and treatment of soft tissue injuries, in consultation with the onsite physiotherapist and St John’s EHO’s.

This is a casual position, working between 4 to 8 hours per week on each Saturday of the PNA winter netball season which runs from late April to September.  Some training on basic strapping techniques is provided.  Physiotherapy students are well-suited to this role and are encouraged to apply.
