Fran Farrington and Lyndal Gordon were awarded life membership of PNA at the PNA AGM on Wednesday night.
In addition to her service to Perth College, Fran has given over 10 year’s volunteer service to PNA in several roles including as a member of the sub-junior grading committee, Competition Coordinator for sub-juniors, Treasurer and Vice President.
“Fran’s contribution to the PNA Executive has been significant. She has always been a strong voice for Primary Schools and ensuring that decisions are made to reflect the best interests of all our members,” said PNA President Brittany Whitehead.
Lyndal Gordon has also provided a significant contribution to PNA which began around 10 years ago as a coach in our development programs. In recent years, Lyndal has volunteered on the PNA Executive Committee as Treasurer.
In her nomination speech, Jenni Stawell said that “Lyndal is an outstanding member of the PNA netball community, volunteering at both Club and Association level for over 22 years. These significant contributions at both Club and Association level, show that Lyndal Gordon is a most worthy nominee for Life Membership of PNA.”
